If you start in Colombo, you may take the rail or bus to Gampola town. Traveling by rail is considerably more convenient. Gampola is easily accessible by railway.

After arriving at Gampola, take a bus to Pussallawa village. From there, you'll need to hire a car to get to the Frotofot estate. The roads are in poor condition, so make sure you rent a car that can handle a rough ride. You may also take the bus, however, the trips to Frotofot State are inconsistent and infrequent. Hiring a car is therefore considerably simpler. You must first locate the Frotofot state's old hospital facility and the Trailhead Start there.

This path will take you to the deep pigmy jungle. There was a slight mist when we entered the bush, and the sun was peaking through the clouds. Mist and stray sun rays through the wild plants created an eerie scene.
