There are two peaks on Gommolli. The first was Gommolli Peak 2034m (6,673 ft), and the second was Balathoduwa 2,012m (6,601 ft). The Balathoduwa peak with a clear summit and a spectacular view is the better of the two. It is the opposite range of World's End, and you can see it from a different angle.

It is a beautiful location; from the summit, you can see the World's End and its visitors, the Horton Plains, and mountains such as Yahalatenna, Bambarakanda, Wangedi Kanda, and Hawagala. Other notable landmarks include Udaveriya, Haldummulla, Haputhale, Idalgasinna, Wellawaya, Hambegamuwa, Kalthota, Udawalawe reservoir, Samanala Wewa Reservoir, Halpe, Kalupahana, A4 road, Balangoda, Nagrak, and Non-Pperial tea estate.
